Dear Diary: My Guts Seemed To Have Calmed Down Because Of Additional Calcium Supplement

I know that I needed much Calcium now in my diet because I am medicating my bones with my parathyroid medication and so I did took Calcium but I am guessed that it wasn't enough so I added a dose so now I am taking two tablets in the morning and two in the evening. If I would eat in the afternoon I would take one.

That made my stools quite hard but passable and also the reason I added additional Calcium was my stools are always soft and often loose and my insides are always revolutionizing with their movements making me so uneasy and uncomfortable. So I thought of making them firmer by adding Calcium as i know that these tablets causes stools to get harder.

It worked and now I do not have to worry about discomfort like having the urge to use the toilet with a diarrhea-like condition. I noticed it when I am eating, not much reaction in my guts when I eat now so it is okay but still I am not sure about it if it was really the case but now at least I have a firmer stool when I go to the toilet.

I am now eating this Moringa leaves powder with my protein drink plus raisins so I guess it will take care of my fiber requirements since I am taking them twice a day. I feel better with my Moringa leaves supplement, it seems that I will live forever with that on my diet and it makes me feel better inside and out.

More than taking the extra calcium supplement that you should not abuse, I think you're noticing the improvement with the moringa supplement. As a Biochemistry graduate, taking calcium should help with your stooling. But don't take too much of it for a long time since excessive calcium intake increases the risk of kidney stones. Stay healthy pal :)
