Dear Diary: My Normal Hemoglobin Makes Me Endure My Health Condition

I was thinking if not only for my normal hemoglobin levels I would not been able to endure my current health condition because having a good hemoglobin just makes me resistant about the side-effects of my Parathyroid medicine. But it doesn't mean that I am fairing well because it is still hard as I have to suffer from an appetite-loss.

One good thing also is that I am not having nasty headaches anymore because headaches is a complication of anemia. You cannot also endure dialysis if you have anemia, the protocol was to make you infuse blood first if the nurses see that you have a very low RBC count because if you get dialyzed with a very low hemoglobin you will get terrible headaches and also crash your blood pressure.

I am also crashing my  blood pressure today and what more if I have a common low hemoglobin levels. But the cause of my crashing BP is hard to pinpoint as it may have caused by my dialyzer, my current health state, the blood pump speed, or maybe that my dialysis is efficient enough that it just makes my BP crash.

So I am just eating prior to my dialysis to prevent a BP crash and it works sometimes and it doesn't sometimes. But if not really for my good blood picture things would not be the same today so I am thankful that my hemoglobin is up which I have not seen like that for years.

But even though my blood condition is okay I am as weak a puppy and never gained weight as I have expected which makes me think why. Right now I am just enjoying this miracle from God and I am striving to make my life better with the help of this community because hope never goes out from my heart and mind that I will break through some of my life's challenges regarding my health.
