Dear Diary: The Other Indispensable Side-Effect Of Appetite Enhancer For Me

One of the best side-effect of an appetite enhancer in general and not only for me was the fact that it makes me sleepy. So it is best that you plan to sleep a few minutes later after you had taken an appetite enhancer so that it will help you sleep. In the other hand you must not take an appetite enhancer if you would do activities that needs alertness and cognitive function because the medicine will make you sleepy indeed.

This morning as I took my Buclizine with iron capsule which is my current appetite enhancer it made me sleepy and since I didn't sleep the night before I just slept the whole morning until late in the afternoon. It was also hot this whole day and I am not comfortable awake so sleeping is my way to run from such situation.

When my body pain is alleviated it also makes me feel relaxed and sleepy so I just do not fight it off and I would take the opportunity to get as much rest as I need because a few years ago I was really struggling to get at least one hour of sleep and I am glad that my past insomnia issues did not give my body a lasting scar especially for my brain function unlike other patients who didn't know how to manage this kind of condition that caused their untimely demise.

Appetite is  is good enhancer for sleeping.  Appetite medincine are a major soource of appetite enhancer. So you can sleep well at night. Have a nice dreams.
