Dear Diary: This Will Be My Last Meal Before Dialysis Today Just To Give Me Sustenance Of Energy

I feel numb and rubbery with no energy and I just thought to have some sandwich of peanut butter but my father had cooked the peanut butter with condensed milk so this is a sweet sandwich. I have no choice but to have it or I will feel much worse.

I also had the cereal drink and I hope it wouldn't cause me some upset stomach since I believe that I am lactose intolerant. A lactose intolerant person means that the lactose in the foods that they eat could not be assimilated or digested by their body due to lack of enzyme or shortage of it to digest the lactose and in turn the bacteria in the gut are the ones that will eat it causing gas to be produced and the person gets bloated.


Producing gasses for me art this time will be inconvenient because I am already full of water in my body and it might cause me breathlessness. Relieving myself in the toilet may help a lot only if I get the urge though because I can't force myself to use the toilet.

I also have the second thoughts of taking a  bath as my pain-reliever might have been worn off already. It is too hot  and humid today and I hope to perspire a lot to help me off load water and extra fluids from my body.
