Dear Diary: Today I Am Thankful That I Slept Good Enough

Yesterday was so hot I got so sleepy and tired and since I cannot do anything much online because it got so uncomfortable I decided to rest it the rest of the whole afternoon. But I didn't get some sleep until late at night because the energy drink that I had for my lunch was still in my system and it prevented me to have a good nap.

I tried to sleep nonetheless until I had some few minutes of naps later in the evening and got up to have some bath and use the toilet. Fortunately my body isn't acting up and I wasn't in much pain that I can't bear. After using the bathroom I saw my mother went out her room to assist me back into my room.

So after being comfortable again in my bed food came into my mind, I thought that I will get trouble walking into the kitchen because of my weakness so I just did some online work and I decided to sleep as I just get so yawny, a sign of I needed to sleep more. 

Luckily again and I am very thankful that I did get some restful sleep because had a nice interesting REM sleep, a good one with a dream, it is good enough for me and I do cherish it because it makes my mind healthy. 

I have to keep my mind healthy because thinking a lot for my blog work and I am also handling finances and  have to avoid bad decisions and also the fact that I have a very rare disease needs a sane mind to handle all the stresses brought by it and I thank God that I can still sleep despite all my bone-deep health problems.
