I Plan To Exercise My Legs Today By Walking

I haven't walked in ages, in fact I haven't been in front of the TV for quite a while now because I am just afraid to walk a few meters without my back and feet hurting and acting out on me.

I am just stuck into my room because of my fear of getting hurt with such a seemingly harmless activity such as walkign but I think that I have to exercise my limbs so that my muscles would not get an atrophy which I am afraid was the case for my body.

I might try to consider if not today then tomorrow or in the succeeding weeks because I think it is not too late. I am still waiting for that total pain reduction that I know would be the sign for my exercising my body. I just want to walk a little and now I am praying for this improvement to continue so that at least I could walk on my own and not needing my parent's assistance anympre.
