<center></center> <center>__I Don't Like Trips To The Hospital Anymore__</center> I was just got billed today with a bunch of sum of money. They X-rayed me just to see the extent of the constipation issue that I had today and also had been stuck with two suppositories just to help me poo. I thought that I couldn't be able to get out my stuck poo which made me felt some fear that it might cause my death if now spending large sums of money just to correct the constipation situation. My low fiber diet had got me bad. So I just have to eat vegetables and fruits at least to lessen the incidents that this will happen again. I might also try some canned fruits like pineapple chunks in can because it is easier to prepare, just open the can and I am all good laready for my day's allowance of fruits. If I couldn't eat vegetables then the fruits in can would be a better alternative. My parents really aren't good cooks especially with vegetables, they just almost are boiling it. There are no meat or shrimps to flavor it, just onions and garlic and some seasoning in a sachet then it is just good for m=them already and bad for me because with my current poor appetite I really could not eat such dish. But since I just have to get some fiber in my diet I have to really add vegetables and fruits in my diet. I was avoiding high fiber foods because I was producing gas everytime, it makes me feel bloated and gas issues in dialysis makes the blood pressure crash as well. My Calcium intake plus a low fiber diet is really a bad combination because it had gotten to a point that I just have to go to the hospital to help me with my constipation. I am thankful that at least the suppositories worked and I was able to relieve myself about an hour after it was put in my butt area. Now I have to get rid of the other stuck things down there and change my diet which could help me with this kind of not being able to pass-out my hard stools.

Go to nutrition facts.org and check the videos around. Perhaps a whole foods plant-based diet may be able to help you. You can also purchase or download for free the book "How Not To Die" by Michael Greger and go straight to the chapter "How not to die from kidney disease" I guess your diet has to be low in oxalates, calcium, lectin and other components that may put a high amount of stress on your kidneys Also, avoid cooking with oils, no added salts and sugars.
