I had been doing some stretching exercises lately and it is a form of physical therapy for me. Maybe soon I will get more flexible with my legs so much so that I could touch my knee cap with my nose.

I do not wish to do some walking anymore because it is just too straining for now plus my parents doesn't encourage me to do so. But maybe as soon as I can determine that I can get more improvement from that point onward then it will be the time to do some more weight-bearing exercises.

I want to at least in the future if God wills it  that I would like to walk again with some minor assistance or exertion. For now it is grueling to walk and it makes me feel breathless and weary. 

It is just scary because my body is already badly beaten and battered, it is just I am always trying to keep my head up in the water as much as possible plus I do not want to give up now that I have reached this point where I could see some hope of redemption for my health issues.

The improvements are coming in so slowly but at least my state of health had changed because pains are going away and my prayer is that I can get more of it to the point that my body pains will disappear soon.

I still have an ambition in life despite many people had given-up on me with some had not even tried before attempting to help. But I am full of hope and maybe I can still taste what life is in the shoes of a normal person which is me in the future when all of these will just be a distant memory in the past which I will try to bury in the ground and forget once I had taken myself out from what is bothering me more than half of my life and that is if God wills it.
