Tips on sleeping better.
Hey Steemians.

A lot of people have trouble sleeping including myself and I have tried a few things over the years. So here is a simple list of things to try.

1) Is going to be a old household tip. Warm milk. My grandma told me this so I tried it, it worked for a week and then my body properly got used to it. P.s you can honey if you want, but I dont recommend it because of the sugar.

2) Listen to nature sounds throughout the night on low volume. Its really calming and can help calming your mind.

3) Sleeply tea. I have a tea called night time by yogi with baldrian root in which calms you and it tastes good. I love this tea.

4) Californian poppy seed extract. Its really save to use and it makes you calm aswell. Doesn't taste that good. But mixing it in with the sleep tea is really good and double up on calmness.

5) My newest experience is CBD oil. It doesn't taste good but it works most of the time. Some days I dont feel a difference other days its the best. I am still figuring out the amount I need for it to work everyday.

6) And ofcause workout. I listen to some guy talking about working out in the morning in order to balance some stuff your brain/body produces in order to sleep. This can be effective for people with a job where the work hours changes from day to day such as mine.

Bonus - If you live in a noisy area. Earplugs are a savior :D


The tea, californian poppy seed, the CBD oil and the training is all things I currently do in order to get a better sleeping routine.
They help more on somedays than others. But my work hours is also changing everyday making it hard to build up a routine.
