Milos forman is a very genius and great director in making movies, I am very sad when I hear the news of grief from my friend that Milos forman has gone, your post is very fascinating, thank you for reminding us to Milos forman.

last year the renowned film director of the Sub-Continent Yash Chopra left us and two days ago the finest director of the 20th century **Milos Forman** left the film industry alone. Milo's contribution in the film industry deserve massive respect because it changed the whole scenario of cinema world through his ever green directions. 
The People vs. Larry Flynt (1996) and Hair (1979) are also the essence of the film industry.  
Dear Milos Forman you are not only the loss of the #czechrepublic rather you belong to whole world. We shall miss you :( :(

Indeed death of Milos Forman is a sad news for millions of his lovers and followers not only in US & Czech Republic but all around the World. Unfortunately death is the ultimate reality of this world. One come in this world have to go back. He was a pride of Czech Republic with his talent he brighten the name of Czech Republic by winning the title of Oscar twice. Great achievement by great director. May God give patience to his relatives & followers. Rest in Peace

"Amadeus" is masterpiece. I remember it was very difficult to find tickets for the movie...Of course, "One Flew over the Cuckoo´s Nest” is another legendary film. Such a brilliant role by Jack Nicholson. Lunetic Asylium where doctors are crazier than patients...

One of the all-time best directors. Sad to see him go. Seeing “Amadeus” in 70 mm in 1984 was one of the greatest cinema experiences I have ever had.

What a bad new. May he rest in peace and shine for everlasting light.

@czechglobalhosts, What a sadness news to hear this time about died of Mr. ***Milos Forman.*** I have heard lot of times about Mr. Forman & he made amazing block bluster films. He created fantastic cinema industry to world wide his fans. You created better post for him. Mr. Forman was a awarded film producer around the world. 
I take a chance to give my deepest simpothy to *Mr.Milos Forman.* Rest in peace sir.

I am astonished to hear about Miloš Forman's death from Steemit before anywhere else, being Czech it tells a lot about how much time I spend absorbing mainstream media.. ZERO apparently :D

He is one MF good filmmaker and always entertaining and inspiring to watch in interviews.. Son of a gun :D as Michael Douglas used to call him..
He was one of the roughly 80 000 people who exiled from our country after it has been invaded and occupied by USSR's Red Army and Warsaw pact armies in response to and a bitter end to freedom filled days of Prague Spring.. 1968..  
After a year passed the frontiers closed shut for the next 20 years and whoever left the country, wouldn't have had a great time returning to normalized totalitaritarian Czechoslovakia under USSR occupation..
.. a new beginning for Mr Forman.. who as I'm only now learning was an orphan to victims of Holocaust..
Strong fate..

SO many great movies that came out of this man's imagination and hard work of his and his team..
Besides the obvious  _One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest_  , _Hair_  and _People vs. Larry Flint_, he gave us _Amadeus_ an almost 3 hour long epic journey into life of unique and controversial genius W.A.Mozart was and the never changing human values/weaknesses .. Hair one that I never saw.. but definitely one of my favourite was _Man on the Moon_ with Jim Carrey in the lead role.. 
Portraying life of Andy Kaufmann, a comedian to the core :D who doesn't stop poping jokes, not even on his own funeral..  a must watch!

He portrays inspiring life stories filled with purpose, humour, sadness, music, love, human weaknesses and always great characters one can really  get into..  his films have everything.. 


Wow, writing this I'm really inspired to complete watching his work now.. to fill the gaps in education :D
Thank you Miloš Forman ! Not that many people make me proud to come from the same country and I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling that here.. alive in our hearts and minds forever!
