<p>¡Saludos queridos lectores! el día de hoy traigo mi participación a una pequeña pero interesante iniciativa planteada por el amigo @manuelramos que nos insta a responder una pregunta de manera creatividad y es una que es muy interesante, más aún en éstos tiempos de cuarentena donde pareciera que no fuera a terminar esta pandemia del Covid-19 que mantiene encerrado y limitado a muchos, se trata de algo llamado "sedentarismo" que es muy común a nivel mundial y puede perjudicar la vida de muchas personas. Cuando se habla de ser sedentario o de practicar el sedentarismo se refiere a la inactividad las personas y quedarse mucho tiempo sin actividad física y de ahí viene lo perjudicable ya que nuestro cuerpo debe mantener en un equilibrio entre actividad e inactividad y aquí les cuento un poco sobre ésto y lo que hago para mantenerme activo aún estando en casa...

Éste ejercicio lo he implementado mucho antes de la cuarentena solo que por no tener mucho tiempo libre no podía hacerlo con más frecuencia, podría decirse que gracias a la cuarentena he podido realizar dicho ejercicio en la comodidad de mi casa ya que soy del tipo de personas que no le gusta hacer ejercicios fuera de casa por que NO me gusta que me miren mientras los hago, me suele des-concentrar jejeje pero en fin, es un ejercicio muy bueno para ganar fuerza en los brazos, me he dado cuenta que desde que hago este ejercicio mis brazos tomaron mucha más fuerza y mi organismo se ha vuelto un poco más fuerte ante las enfermedades, ésto lo digo por que antes yo solía enfermarme muy frecuentemente y no termina ahí sino que he ido implementando otros ejercicios interesantes para otras zonas del cuerpo. Lo genial de las flexiones es que no solo involucra los brazos y el pecho sino que para mantenernos rectos contraemos el abdomen y hacemos fuerza en las piernas volviéndose algo más completo, también durante todo el movimiento de las repeticiones y series hacemos ejercicio cardiovascular que mantiene la sangre fluyendo.

The great thing about push-ups is that it not only involves the arms and the chest, but to stay straight we contract the abdomen and make strength in the legs, becoming somewhat more complete, also during the entire movement of the repetitions and series we do cardiovascular exercise that maintains the blood flowing.

La plancha o "Plank" es otro de los ejercicios interesantes que he ido practicando en ésta cuarentena, es un ejercicio que se enfoca principalmente en la zona abdominal, parece simple pero no lo es ya que 10 segundos parecen una eternidad, esto se debe a que al contraer los músculos del abdomen y mantenernos en posición recta éstos deben mantenerse así y es muy complejo, yo recuerdo que al principio llegaba a 10 segundos un poco forzado pero actualmente puedo hacer hasta 1 minuto si me lo propongo, es un ejercicio beneficioso para la espalda ya que el mismo nos obliga a mantenernos en una postura recta durante cierto tiempo lo cual a corto y mediano plazo trae resultados en una mejor postura corporal y mucha fuerza en el abdomen. Algo curioso de éste ejercicio es que también nos obliga a hacer fuerza en las piernas para mantenerlas rectas, al principio las piernas arden un poco pero luego se acostumbran y lo uno que afecta es a la zona abdominal, yo recomiendo hacerlo 1 minuto diario o cuando se pueda pero si lo pueden hacer durante más tiempo mejor.

Mi hermano @andresrk y yo solemos hacer algunas caminatas cuando hacemos diligencias y cuando digo caminatas son bastante largas, para los que son de #Venezuela de la ciudad de Maracay se darán cuenta que algunos sitios quedan lejos de otros y las últimas caminatas que hicimos fueron desde mi casa hasta la plaza bolívar casi llegando al centro, lo genial de hacer las caminatas es que es un ejercicio cardiovascular y mantenemos el metabolismo en movimiento y no solo eso, sino que también aprovechamos de pasar un rato de convivencia entre hermanos lo cual es como una especia de terapia a nivel mental y eso es parte también de la salud.
