中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所科研人员，在小鼠中开展了迄今为止同类研究中规模最大的实验，以探究究竟饮食中的哪种组分是导致小鼠体脂积累的元凶。结果发现，导致小鼠肥胖的唯一因素，就是它们饮食中的脂肪含量。研究来研究去，最后的结论简单明白：吃脂肪长脂肪。
