There are very few who can afford to invent a different routine every day. However, even in the midst of those limits imposed by each day, we can introduce exotic habits that have the potential to significantly enrich our lives. When we talk about exotic habits we are not referring to strange or out of the ordinary behaviors. It is simply about customs that are rare, but not difficult to adopt or internalize. Many of the things we do as a routine have been learned without realizing it. Nor does it occur to us to make an objective review and see if those customs really help us to live better or simply maintained by the inertia generated by the repetition itself. This is, then, an invitation to review them and also, perhaps, to adopt exotic habits that can be very useful. Sleep in a position of empowerment It may seem strange, but the bodily postures we adopt promote certain attitudes in us. Sometimes, for example, we walk with our heads down. That is because we feel distressed and fragile. However, at the same time, walking like this reinforces those attitudes. The surprising thing is that this also applies to when we go to sleep. If we curl up in a fetal position, for example, we will tend to wake up without much encouragement and feeling that the day exceeds us. Better if we take advantage of this approach to walk barefoot on the grass or lie down for a while to receive the sun. If this is not possible, at least one daily walk outdoors is worth it. It helps to organize ideas, to relax the mind and to recover the internal balance. All these customs are exotic habits because in fact there are not many people who adopt them. I agree with this because on so many occasions I've practically related with this. Acting the thought or reality that we want; even when are feeling seem to oppose can be referred as an act of faith, and trying to control our thoughts to our advantage. Our minds function just the way Satelite dish tap signal from the wave, but we are responsible for what it attracts. That's why we must try to use our minds to create the reality we what by consciously thinking right (just like you've hinted). An actor or actress who's expected to act a part in a movie that involves emotional pain must first tune into the frequency of despondency, sadness or trauma; and before you know it tears are coming out of his or her eyes. The Number 3 habit surely works out for me.. *Pretend you are happy*. I have exhibited this habit and it's now part of me. So right now, its *Be always happy* for me.. I tend to show a happy face even when I'm faced with any problems . Because I believe that crying and getting stressed out when u're faced with issue won't solve the problem but looking for a perfect solution while you stay calm always brings maximum result.
