**THE CHURCH AS AN INSTITUTION**

The Church is a society - a perfect society - in the sense that it is not subordinated to any other and in the sense that it does not the lack of what is required for its institutional fullness. We teach and declare: The Church has all the marks of a true society. Christ did not leave this society undefined and without its form. But rather he gave it existence, and his will determined the form of this existence and gave it its constitution. The Church is not a party nor member of any other society and has nothing to do with any meaning with no other society. She is so perfect in herself that this is what distinguishes her of all other human societies and places it above all of them.

The model of the true church is traced in the word of God; we all know that the church really Christ himself is

# IT IS A CHURCH COMMITTED TO CARRYING THE WORD UNTIL THE LAST OF THE WORLD.

# IT IS A CHURCH COMMITTED TO THE HEALTHY DOCTRINE, EMANATED FROM THE WORD.

1. A characteristic of the first church was precisely that they were kept there. Hch. 2:42
2. At all costs they fought for it, because they did not want to be dragged by evil. Ef. 4:14
3. To be a church that defends and knows the sound doctrine. 1 Ti. 4:16
4. The church that did not hesitate but spoke what was in sound doctrine. Titus 2: 1
5. A knowledgeable church knows how to distinguish heresy and the doctrines of demons. 1 Ti. 4: 1

# IT IS A CHURCH COMMITTED TO THE SERVICE AND THE RESTORATION OF THE FALLEN.

1. Understand the reason for giving themselves to service, just as the Samaritan did. Lc. 10: 30-37
2. He strives to be like the church of the first century, which is given in service. Hch. 2:44, 4:32

3. They take care not to do things without love, because they know that their lamp could be removed. Rev. 2: 1-5

# A Church where fraternal love exists

In his prayer, Jesus said that the unity of the Church was not only a virtue but also an evangelistic method:
"So that all may be one; as you, O Father, in me, and I in you, may they also be one in us; so that the world believes that you sent me. "

Needless to say, where there is no love, there is no unity. The Bible says:

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor the evil, follow the good. Love one another with brotherly love; in honor, preferring one another. In what requires diligence, not lazy; fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; joyful in hope; suffered in the tribulation; constants in the sentence; sharing for the needs of the saints; practicing hospitality.
Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse.
Enjoy with those who enjoy themselves; mourn with those who mourn. Unanimous among you; not haughty, but associating with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.

For this reason it is not God's plan for there to be a Church where the brothers live quarreled among themselves, sectarianized among themselves, occupied with criticism and not with its construction. The Holy Spirit will not be able to act with ALL His fullness where these problems exist. You are called to be a transmitter of this truth.

# A church that lives in Small Groups

We get many lessons when we study the life of the early church, this wonderful church that was fresh from the person of Christ. In it we see how the brothers lived in a fraternity that allowed them to live together, caring for each other and at the same time witnessing and growing.
"And every day, in the temple and in the houses, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus Christ." Acts. 5:42
"and how nothing that was useful I have shied away from announcing and teaching you, publicly and through the houses." Acts 20:20
