A sudden plan gave a sweet ending😍 | Quick Mari Biscuit Pudding | 10% to SL Charity

We had invited some of our relatives to have dinner at our place as we do it usually for the new year. Me, mum and my sister @sandu planned about the things that we were going to make for them. Also me and my sister even went with father to the market and bought some ingredients needed for the dishes. I asked mum about the desserts earlier and she told to bring an ice cream with us. Also she wanted us to make something like pudding for them but we refused saying that it takes much time and we would not finish making dinner at the time. So we didn’t intend to make any dessert by ourselves at first.

But the time went and it was evening, mother asked few times from us to make something while we were preparing the dinner. Since we had enough time to make some, me and my sister had a look at it. And we got the idea of making a biscuit pudding. Luckily we got all the ingredients needed to make that except Mari biscuits at home as we usually have them since we make cakes usually. So we asked father to bring two packets of Mari biscuits.

#### These are the ingredients we used to make this.

Mari biscuits, cocoa powder, butter, milk, icing sugar, sprinkles, chocolates, vanilla essence

Let me give you an idea how to make this easy pudding.

First you need to make a paste with cocoa powder, icing sugar, vanilla and butter. The paste should be easy to spread in a surfase. It should not be too much thick or thin.

Then add some melted chocolate to it. you can skip adding chocolate if you don't have. But believe me, it is the most delicious part of this pudding.

Now it is the time to make the pudding. Get a suitable tray and apply a layer of mari biscuits first in the bottom of the tray.

Then apply the paste we made on the top of it. It should be somewhat thick. Then add another layer of biscuit over it.

Like this add layers of paste and biscuits as much as you prefer. Three of four layers of biscuits are enough as if we make it with a lot of layers, the pudding will be too high and be difficult to get out of the tray sometimes.

Then basic part is finish and you can decorate it as you prefer. My sister is the cleverer one in decorating so I gave her the chance to decorate it as everyday.

Sister decorated it with melted chocolate on the top.

Also we used sprinkles to decorate it as we got them at home.

And now we completed decorating it and kept it in the refregerator. We kept it till our relatives started having the dinner, but I believe it will be enough to keep it in the refregerator for two or three hours.

We got it out and cut it into pieces. When you cut them, you can see how nicely the layers are looking in the pudding.

Then we served them to the relatives and they liked them very much. The best thing is that this pudding didn't melt when we take it out.

I did not get a chance to taste it yesterday so I had a bite at today morning. It was so nice. I am happy that we could make this for our relatives with the limited time we have.

I am not someone who love to eat pudding a lot. I eat them if they are so nice. But I ate this pudding. So I think you also will like this.

it took just a little time to do it all. but came out well than we thought. but we will have to find a way to decrease sugar level in the blood after this new year season ends. 🤤🤤
