<h1>Skipped workout day</h1>

I had two very bad days in my coach training session, back to back with split lunger and followed up with many squats yesterday, today I had taken my toll. I'm even having hard time to sit properly because it's a lot of pain on my ass now. Took this shot at our usual dinner hangout place with the little monsters, but today it seemed a little quiet. Isn't it supposed to be more crowded at the beginning of the month as everybody got their pay check?

We all know Chinese likes to eat pao. Have you seen Kung Fu Panda? So yeah, today my client make a change, so each of us had this super hub pao. The size is even bigger than my fist. Came together is our favorite roast pork and pig ears.

Due to heavy breakfast, added with busy schedule during lunch hour, I totally forgotten I need to eat. Quickly I went to the cafeteria and grab a piece of vadeer. They looks like donut, but be very careful there's chili in the dough.

Took my Subway wrap and called it a day. My butt is still hurting and I need some rest.
