The World Mental Health Coalition is dedicated to strengthening the fabric of society through education. We believe in the power of knowledge and the sharing of expertise for the betterment of collective mental health.

We: 1. provide consultation to government bodies upon request; 2. organize public forums for discussion and education; and 3. alert, protect, and educate the public when we see signs of imminent or lasting danger within the body politic or in its leaders. We formed partly in opposition to the American Psychiatric Association, which, with the Trump presidency, not only failed to meet the psychiatric profession’s societal responsibility but inhibited individual professionals from doing so. We object to the modification of professional norms and standards to suit the political moment. We also denounce public misinformation campaigns as harmful to society and contrary to the core tenets of medical ethics.

Brenda X Lee, president of this organization is a World Health Organization lackey. That in itself during this present crisis and how the WHO has praised China over it's infliction of misery onto the world's populace should be enough to tell you how distorted Ms. Lee's view points concerning Mr Trump is. Anybody willing to stand up and condemn someone who isn't directly at fault while standing alongside an organization singing the praises of those who were at fault should signal that Ms Lee should not be taken seriously but places in a straight jacket and shipped off to China.

We believe the 37 professionals in our group have established a far superior intellectual capacity than our colleagues across the globe, in particular in regards to what we determine to be politically correct outweighing ethical standards in protecting individual medical information.
