Fruits are primordial in the daily diet, since they contribute nutrients, vitamins and minerals are essential for the correct functioning of our organism, for that reason it is indispensable to consume fruits daily because they are beneficial for our organism and for the health, since they contribute water, vitamins, minerals, fiber and sugars

The best time to eat fruit is between meals, when our stomach is empty to prevent the fruit from fermenting in the intestine with the rest of the food, it is not recommended to eat fruit at night, the best way to consume fruit is to take 3 portions a day, we must consume at least 3 portions a day to enjoy health, energy, duration and prevent disease.
