MOULDING A TREE PENHOLDER

**This is also one of the numerous projects I was on during my brief absence from Steemit. It entails moulding a tree trunk in such a way that it is also functions as a pen holder**.

**STEP 1**
**Creating a sketch on paper that would guide you in the actual work**.

**STEP 2**
**In moulding the tree, I made use of the subtractive method. I first created  the whole tree without any space in the middle. After this I then started to cut each branches out then hollow it**.

**STEP 3**
**This is essentially the finishing of the work. I created a motif textured surface to give the tree a rough look**.
