Today was a struggle to get out of bed, but if you want to improve yourself, you have to get beyond your body wanting to take it easy.

I did manage to get out of the house at the regular time. It rained over night, so everything was wet and it was a bit humid.  My body didn't get in gear until I was over the first hill on the main road.  Which happened to be a place where I saw a rabbit for the second day in a row.

Beyond the people speeding down the wet roads, there wasn't many other walkers, but I did run into the lady who lives near the turnaround point.

I don't know if she decided to expand her walk on purpose or she was a little  concerned about a white truck stopped near her house. I am going to go with that she just wanted to expand her route and wasn't trying to avoid being kidnapped.  She has a dog that probably would bite someone if they tried to grab her. But, I guess going to her house would give too much info to a possible stalker.  

Anyway, I didn't get a good look at the driver and he moved off when I got close to where he was.

I wonder how many pictures of my turnaround point I will be taking.

Anyway, I was ahead of schedule  and started back.  A guy with a German Shepherd passed me on the way back. He's got a good exercise partner with that dog.

By the time I made it to my street, I caught up with another rabbit. Probably kin to the first one I saw.  Stopping to take a picture probably wasted 30 seconds.  I was about 3 minutes past 7 when I got to my driveway.  

I checked the garden and ended up picking over two dozen raspberries.  

I have been doing 20 push-ups after I get inside. I don't think I will get more than that this week. My right shoulder hurts a little when doing them. Which seems odd, because I have been stretching that shoulder reaching things on the top shelf.
