I'm not much into diversity quotas. I'd rather people be hired or elected on experience and merit. I know that's not what happens as much as it should, but it seems like we only get into trouble in another way if we're hiring or electing people because they fill a certain demographic.

So, just as some men aren't leaders, the same would be true for women. I'd rather a leader who can do the job, regardless of sex, race, nationality or color, get it over an individual that checks the diversity box.

I believe in pretty standard equality. I've seen great women leaders, and shitty women leaders. Just like men.
