Tahu Tek Telor

Good evening everyone. I want to review the traditional food of Surabaya Indonesia, its name is Tahu Tek Telor.

Tahu Tek Telor consists of half-cooked fried tofu, fried egg, and rice cake cut into small pieces with scissors and a fork to hold the tofu or rice cake, a little sprout, and sliced cucumbers cut into small pieces (like pickles), then after being doused with Peanut sauce with a mixture of paste on top and do not forget the crackers to accompany it.

This is the place where I bought eggplant tofu. Located on Jalan Raya Raya No. 6 this place is open from 6pm to 12am.

The place to sell only uses a simple cart. For the price of 1 portion IDR 10000 is not too expensive is not it.

Here buyers are usually taken home because there is no seat available.
