Yay!  Another massive day!  Got the usual chores done this morning, prepped for teaching, and bought us some tickets to a concert of one of our favorite bands: Carbon Leaf! 🍁😀

Went over on The Ramble for Pimp Your Post Thursday (today was the two year anniversary! 👌🏆).  Was fun once again, and I won 25 more SHADE!!!  Rockin’!!!

Spent some time over on Plankton server as well.  For as much as I feel that posting to Steem is perhaps an abuse of my time and that it is telling me that my efforts would be better appreciated elsewhere, *they* are good peeps and meeting them may have made it worth the while.

After PYPT, I went out for a solid ten kilometer walk. 💪. I didn’t push the pace too hard; was mostly lost in thought anyway and walking on autopilot.  Still, I got a bit of a sweat on and did the deed.

Finished another zombie mission, although I have to admit I wasn’t really even paying attention to the story.  All I remember is the beeper goes off, “Zombies detected.” And I gotta’ book it!  Got a fifty meter warning on the first one, but the others were easy peasy; I didn’t even realize I had evaded eight of them until afterward.

Stumbled across another one of these guys; and I mean quite literally!  I just about stepped on him, but I caught him out of the corner of my eye right at the last second. Whew 😅
So amazing that it wasn’t scared and didn’t run away, just stood there looking right back at me, just as curious about me as I was him.

In the evening I went and taught Calculus.  We derived the rule for the derivative of the absolute value function, thereby completing all the derivative rules for all possible real valued functions; then we covered the Extreme Value Theorem, Rolle’s Theorem, and the Mean Value Theorem.
