Since the last 3 months, the teaching and learning process has been carried out at home through an online format or a virtual school, to break the chain of spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.

This phenomenon creates new awareness for parents about the various challenges in the process of teaching and learning activities that a teacher has approved to strive for children to understand the lessons well.

To support learning success, it takes collaboration and synergy between parents and school or teachers to find children's learning styles so that they can present interesting teaching and learning activities for elementary school children.

### There are many learning styles for children, from auditory, visual, and even kinesthetic.

- Children with kinesthetic learning styles will prefer active, moving, and play activities.

- Unlike the case with the learning styles of auditory children who prefer calm because it will be easier to understand by listening.

- Meanwhile, children with visual learning styles will find it easier to learn by recognizing images, charts and diagrams.


> *By understanding the ***child-specific learning styles,*** it will be easier for parents to support them in receiving and capturing lessons. Especially in the virtual school, where parents become a partner and a bridge between teachers and students during the teaching period.*
