I think this is more a case of "boredom" than "hunger"!

<p>eating late at night is a problem...sure..i dont have this problem</p>

<p>It can actually be a habit. I used to snack late at night then. I am glad I am able to stop.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Indeed! The midnight snacks do not do good to our health especially to obese people... it´s only adding unwanted calories that is not healthy.</p>
