每年夏天面对酷热的天气，婆婆都会为我们准备绿豆汤来解暑。
绿豆汤可是个好东西，它的功效很多而且营养健康，是中国民间传统的防暑降温好工具。
它不但能清热解渴防暑降温，而且还可以解毒，降血脂，增加食欲，放入冰箱冷藏口感更好。
早上打开冰箱看见婆婆煮的一大盆绿豆汤，瞬间是我精神焕发，我要喝上一碗去上班，今天的工作肯定会有更好的状态。
