Today, we are greeted with the news that Korea will ban all AEC in 2021.&nbsp;</p><p>On further reflection, I think AEC may not be forced to close down but are likely to go underground. This move the by governments will spawn an elite group of people with technical knowledge to go underground and deal with these currencies This is just like contraband goods. When governments banned import of some goods, it never stops people from importing these goods.
