But what majority of humans fail to grasps is the fact that if you want such luxurious lifestyle, then you must know how to put in the work. You must know how to put in the effort. Everyone can dream, but only few men can turn their dreams into reality. Which one do you want to be a dreamer or an achiever? It's all up to you, depending on your ability to put in the work.

Whenever the average man thinks of work, he thinks of physical exertions. But in reality, that's just one part of work. The really more dynamic part of work is the mental part. As a business man in this present day and time, you really want to work smart, mentally and not just physically.

Working smart has to do with really taking time to learn about new technologies and ideas. If you let yourself get stuck with old concepts, it will be quite difficult to work smart. You may be yet to notice, but I tell you, mental work tends to be more tedious than physical work. Let's face it, visually most people can do physical labour. 

But on the other hand, mental work, is not that easy. And only a select few can do this type of work. Whichever area you fall under, putting in work is necessary to achieve success. Whether you're more into physical works, than mental works or the reverse, you have to ensure that you put in the right amount of work in order to separate yourself from the masses.

It's the same thing as it was in secondary education. Some students read hard and put in all the effort that they can, and mostly it reflects in their results as excellence. While some other students, tend to postponed every time. Saying to themselves that they'll read all day, but tomorrow. And truthfully, tomorrow never really comes.

As we grow older, this same thing happens, but this time it's in terms of money. Some people work hard and smart so that they can make more money for themselves, putting in the work. While other people only dream, and procrastinate every time, instead of getting on their work. Read as many books as you can lay your hands on in order to improve yourself and work better and smarter. It's really not about how many hours you put into your work, but the quality of the work you put into the hours.
