Today i would like to share our last sunday brunch experience. I accompanied mom to take a walk nearby, but what a minute, what we found was a noodle restaurant that was quite popular, here how it looked like
So modest and without air conditioner, the dining area was not comfortable and just like this, in front of a house. But although just as it is, customers love to come here cause the tables were all full of the noodle lovers.
The good thing here was if you paid attention well on their logo, the man without hair was the owner and he cooks for us all the time. You could see in my picture above, the man in white t-shirt was the owner and he was also the chef.
The menu they had
We ordered then only waiting around 10 minutes to get the noodle delivered to our table, here they sterilized the spoons, forks and also chopsticks with a stove on the back of the dining area, we needed to take it by ourselves.
Here was our brunch
We ordered the noodle with pork and chicken as the topping. The noodle had a perfect texture, soft and also a bit chewy. While the topping, the pork had sweet and a bit savory flavour while the chicken had the savory flavour.
For the two bowls of noodle and a bottle of mineral water we paid directly to the owner (also the chef) 59,000 IDR or around 4.17 USD.
