South Asian Style Milky Mango Curry 20/06/2021 by @dilchamo

Hello foodies,

Today I made a mango curry so I thought of sharing it with you. I have made a mango curry earlier but this time I made mango in a different style.

**Ingredients**

Raw mangoes
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilies
Curry leaves
Pandon Leaves
Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Pepper powder
Cloves and a cardamom 
Salt 
Sugar
Coconut oil
Vinegar

**Method**

First cut the mangoes into small pieces and put into a container and add coconut milk into the container with mangoes.

Then add meat curry powder, turmeric powder, pepper, chili powder and salt into it and mix well.

Keep it for about 15 minutes to marinate.

Then take a pot add some oil into it. When the oil gets heated add the ginger garlic paste and fry it. Then add onions, cloves, cinnamon stick, curry leaves into the hot wok and fry it.

Then add the marinated mango coconut milk mixture into the hot wok.

Then let the mango boil under low flame.

When everything is cooked add some sugar and 1tbsp of vinegar. Then mix well and switch off the fire.

The Sweet Milky mango curry is ready to serve now. if needed we can keep this in the refrigerator and consume for about three days.
