Our main tasks are:

1. Propaganda of humane and responsible attitude towards domestic animals;
2.Introduction of humane ways of solving the problem of homeless animals (sterilization, construction of shelters, search of responsible owners for homeless animals);
3. Construction of the first in Yekaterinburg rehabilitation center-shelter for homeless animals;
4. Involvement of the population to solve the problem of homeless animals;
participation in the improvement of legislation on the protection of animal rights.
We have already achieved:

1. stopping the shooting of stray animals by poison bullets at the direction of the City Administration;
2. allocation of land for long-term lease for the construction of the first rehabilitation center in the city-shelter (at the moment, funds are collected - voluntary donations for its construction);
3. Periodic carrying out of programs of sterilization of homeless animals at the expense of the city budget.
Unfortunately, without the support of an administrative resource, the fund can not completely solve the problem of homeless animals. To solve it, it is necessary, firstly, to change the status of animals in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation from "property" to "living beings" and the development, in accordance with this, of new legislation that is in force in practice. Secondly, toughening of criminal punishment of negligent owners for cruel treatment of animals and simplification of the process to attract punishment. In addition, shelters are needed for homeless animals with regular funding from the administrative budget and developed infrastructure, on the basis of which sterilization of animals could be carried out.

But, no matter what, we are doing everything in our power, and maybe our works are not visible against the backdrop of a huge number of homeless animals, but we believe that someday the situation will change and every dog ​​and cat will have its own house!
