I have  heard about colon cancer earlier but went deep into it when one of my favorite writers ‘Humayun Ahmed’ died suffering from this disease.

This is a kind of disease which is curable but need to identify in the primary stage. If not identified earlier and proper treatment is not taken, one might be expired suffering this disease. 

Let’s find what is colon cancer? As per Wikipedia-

>Colorectal cancer (CRC), also known as bowel cancer and colon cancer, is the development of cancer from the colon or rectum (parts of the large intestine). A cancer is the abnormal growth of cells that have the ability to invade or spread to other parts of the body. Signs and symptoms may include blood in the stool, a change in bowel movements, weight loss, and feeling tired all the time.

Uncontrolled lifestyle is the main reason of colon cancer. Obesity, smoking, alcohol addiction, processed foods taking(meat) are the major reasons of this disease. 

Old age, lack of physical exercise and family background are also the reasons of this disease.

If you want to stay away from this disease, you have to maintain a good, healthy and controlled lifestyle. Try to give up the bad habits mentioned above. 

Always we have to remember that good health is the main and ultimate target of our life. If health is not good, everything will be meaningless. So, we always will try to maintain that.
