<div class="text-justify"> Before Steem and Blockchain technology appeared, social networks gave free communication opportunities, users did not get anything for their activity. We have also seen many false pay systems that have failed, Steem is a viable system and has shown it in the past three years. The only thing that Steem did not achieve is a value that does not depend on the value of the BTC. I believe that we can achieve this only if we slightly change some details, such as the rapid inflow of new users and investors. The way we are doing it now is through the new web and mobile applications, although I do not think we have achieved the goal of usable value. Can we use Steem to buy coffee, tea, clothes, shoes, cars? If you set aside a part for marketing activities that will attract companies to accept Steem as a form of payment, it would bring a new dimension to Steem Value. Imagine if there would be a fund for attracting companies, of course, there should be some interest, maybe we can solve this with some percentage of 1 or 2% of the profit for the user from the company's turnover.

If we consider Steem as a business then we need to create business opportunities for all users and ways to attract companies into our community. On the other hand, we need moments of fun, projects that will keep the attention of young and talented bloggers. I prefer business options, opportunities that will bring me a challenge to make even more. 
Money is the main material trigger, now we have Steem Power and it's an excellent part of Steem ability. Imagine one part with a referral program where everyone would have the incentive to earn from blog traffic from users that he brought to Steemit? 

Imagine instead of 25% for voting on a post to be given in 3 or more depths. If we bring 10 people directly to Steemit, and these ten users bring new ten users then we have 110 people in two depths. If 100 users from our second line bring 10 people, then we have a total of 1100 people in our business network. If each of them made an average of $ 1 per day, then our salary would have been (if we have 5% for each line of depth) $ 55. Then everyone would have an interest in investing in Steem Power and learning new users to invest in voting power because they have an interest in it. In this way, we would attract a large number of new users and investors. The motor power of each system is made up of people, we can accelerate our growth to a minimum of 100 times.

Old systems are changing hard, we have the opportunity to upgrade the Steem platform because we are young and new and people will openly accept innovations and changes. The question is whether we want the community to dominate the Steem project or developers. I think everyone should be rewarded for what works best, so we can achieve the synergy of interest that will lift us to the top of the Blockchain world. It's not easy to make money on postings, honestly when the value of Steem is small then a small number of users have a motive to be persistent and write every day.

We need to find a way to motivate users to be active, that is only if there is an immediate or realistic fast and real material perspective. Now we are in a position to wait for Steem power to grow, this will happen when Steem value grow. Why wait for when we can do much more, I sincerely believe that there are still many creative ideas about what we could do. Steem has a good foundation on which we can build many large buildings, hotels, shopping malls, playrooms, etc.

Fear of change, fear of the unknown, because if we introduce a referral program it may be us to declare that we are a scam. It does not matter what others say if what we do is right, if we start from 1 million open accounts to 100 million then everyone will support us. How many times did critics say to big leaders that they did not go that way, that they did not continue with their visions, today we would not have the modern technology and the world we know. We need to listen to all the ideas and suggestions, we need to start in an independent direction because we deserve to be at the top of social and business networks.
