Implementing the myriad of [rules that the government has imposed over COVID-19](https://fortune.com/2020/05/22/how-to-reopen-restaurants-social-distancing-coronavirus/), including social distancing guidelines and other restrictions, has been difficult for businesses of all sorts.

[From restaurants to casinos, your local barber](https://www.insider.com/ways-restaurants-are-getting-social-distancing-right-2020-5), and thousands of others, they are working hard to try and figure out a way to open back up and be successful, while still attempting to adhere to those rules whatever they might be.

For the different courts around the country and elsewhere, it has been a struggle trying to figure out how to go back to normal and keep that social distancing in place, along with other possible restrictions.

For some regions that have already opened up businesses, including courts in various jurisdictions, that has meant that they are newly implementing social distancing guidelines into the mix. And they are still learning and trying to figure out ways to do their job while keeping those guidelines.

For example, they have introduced more streaming technology into the procedure so that people can do their job online, including the process of jury selection and potentially jury deliberation.

### Who knows how long this might go on for.

Will it be months? Years? The current arguably unnecessary and confusing edicts that are being enforced for businesses of all kinds, certainly aren't the most efficient way to organize business to go on forever.

From distancing guidelines to other rules, the remaining restrictions being imposed by the state will mean that many businesses are still not able to open their venue as they normally would or engage in services that they usually would be able to deliver.

As a result of those restrictions there are many businesses that are going to be seeing less revenue as a result and there is still the potential for many to fail if they cannot find a way to innovate or work around it.
