Bypass the toilet paper shortage and go right to bidet. That's what thousands of people have been doing over the last 2 weeks. 

## There has been a rapid rise [in bidet sales](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8076715/Coronavirus-Bidet-sales-soar-500-cent-Australians-fear-toilet-paper-shortage.html), more than 500 percent for just one supplier in recent weeks. 
<center></center>People are rushing to order theirs so that they do not need to worry about when the store might again be stocked with toilet paper. 

It pays to have plenty of *alternatives* available in the market, from straight-to-consumer high end luxury toilet paper that's $4 per roll, or the more cost effective bidet. At least people <b>have options</b> to try and satisfy their needs.

The bidet is already widely prevalent in other areas around the world and is now becoming a popular option in North America, and for others as they search for a toilet [paper alternative](https://www.wired.com/story/toilet-paper-shortage-bidet-sales-boom/). 

## For another bidet supplier, they say that traffic to their site has grown <b>more than 5000 percent</b> as a rapid [rise in people continue looking for](https://www.wired.com/story/toilet-paper-shortage-bidet-sales-boom/) options in the market to the current shortages.

As problems have grown in the [market over the pandemic](https://meaww.com/coronavirus-campaigning-bring-back-bidet-shortage-toilet-paper-rolls), with a shortage of hand sanitizer and toilet paper, [alternative solutions](https://nypost.com/2020/03/16/running-low-on-toilet-paper-get-an-affordable-bidet-attachment-instead/) are rising just as quickly. However, there are still many who are left facing empty shelves and unable to find, make, or afford other solutions right now. Still, it's comforting to know that many suppliers have insisted *there is plenty of stock left,* it just needs to make its way to the shelves.
