হলুদমিশ্রিত দুধ আমাদের শরীর এর জন্য অনেক উপকার। এটা অনেক রোগের নিরাময় হিসাবে কাজ করে আসছে। এর কিছু উপকারিতা নিচে বর্ণনা করা হলঃ

১. কফ ও ঠাণ্ডাঃ হলুদ ও দুধ আমাদের কফ ও ঠাণ্ডা দূর করতে সাহায্য করে। এই দুটো মিলে আমাদের শ্বাসকষ্টের সমস্যা দূর করে দেয়।

২. মাথা ব্যথাঃ হলুদের অ্যান্টি অক্সিডেন্ট হলুদের সাথে মিসে আমাদের মাথা ব্যথাকে দূর করে দেয়। এছাড়াও আমাদের শরীরের অনেক ব্যথা দূর করে দেয় এই হলুদ ও দুধ।

৩. হেপাটাইটিস ভাইরাস এর প্রতিরোধঃ হলুদ ও দুধে আছে অ্যান্টিভাইরাল উপাদান যা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধে সাহায্য করে। এবং আমাদের শরীর বৃদ্ধিতে সাহায্য করে। হলুদ এবং দুধ আমাদের শরীরে রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়ায় এবং লিভারকে ভাইরাস এর আক্রমণ থেকে রক্ষা করে।

৪. ভালো ঘুমের জন্যঃ আপনার ঘুম যদি কম হয় তাহলে আপনি হলুদ ও দুধ এক সাথে মিক্স করে খেতে পারেন। কেননা দুধ আমাদের মস্তিস্কের জন্য খুব ভালো একটি খাদ্য র হলুদের গুন আপনার মাথাকে ঠাণ্ডা রাখবে এবং আপনি শান্তিতে ঘুমাতে পারবেন।

৫. রক্ত পরিশোধনেঃ হলুদ ও দুধ রক্ত পরিশোধনে অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। ইহা পানের ফলে আমাদের রক্ত পরিষ্কার হয় এবং দূষিত রক্ত পরিহারের ব্যবস্থা করে। আমাদের রক্ত সঞ্চলনে সাহায্য করে।
