Today I want to inform you about a new series of articles which will start with this article. As the title suggests, this series will deal with new real estate projects here on the Andalusian Costa del Sol. 

Currently under construction projects will be presented which all **without** any **disadvantages in price** can be obtained through our real estate agencies. 

I think this is important to know, because many buyers think they can buy the property cheaper if they buy it directly from the developer. But this is not true, the developer takes the same price, he only has a higher profit because he does not have to pay the agency.  The agencies create jobs, advise independently of the developer and procure what the client wants, know the area and the market as well as the actors offer therefore added value for the buyer **"without causing extra costs "** a good thing therefore.  
The Andalusian perspectives will continue to exist, as will some new ones or other of our properties in detail.

Heute will ich euch einmal auf eine neue Serie Beiträge hinweisen die mit diesem Beitrag starten wird. Diese wird wie der Titel schon erahnen lässt, sich mit neuen Immobilien Projekten hier an der andalusischen Costa del Sol beschäftigen. 

Vorgestellt werden zur Zeit im Bau befindlichen Projekte welche alle **ohne** irgendwelche **Nachteile im Preis** auch über unsere Immobilien-Agentur bezogen werden können. 

Ich denke das ist wichtig zu wissen, denn viele Käufer denken sie können die Immobilie billiger erwerben wenn sie diese direkt beim Bauträger einkaufen. Was aber nicht stimmt, der Bauträger nimmt den selben Preis er hat nur einen höheren Gewinn weil er die Agentur nicht bezahlen muss.  Die Agenturen schaffen Arbeitsplätze, beraten unabhängig vom Bauträger und beschaffen was der Kunde will, kennen die Gegend und den Markt sowie die Akteure bieten also Mehrwert für den Käufer **"ohne extra Kosten"** zu verursachen eine gute Sache also.  
Die Andalusischen Blickwinkel wird es weiterhin geben, genauso wie die ein oder andere neue von unseren Immobilien im Detail.

Hoy quiero informarles sobre una nueva serie de artículos que comenzarán con este artículo. Como el título ya sugiere, se tratará de nuevos proyectos inmobiliarios aquí en la Costa del Sol andaluza. 

Los proyectos presentados están actualmente en construcción y todos **sin** ninguna **desventaja en el precio** pueden ser obtenidos a través de nuestras agencias inmobiliarias. 

Creo que es importante saberlo porque muchos compradores piensan que pueden comprar la propiedad más barata si la compran directamente al promotor. Pero esto no es cierto, el promotor toma el mismo precio, sólo que tiene un beneficio mayor porque no tiene que pagar a la agencia.  Las agencias crean puestos de trabajo, asesoran independientemente del promotor y consiguen lo que el cliente quiere, conocen la zona y el mercado, así como la oferta de los actores, lo que aumenta el valor para el comprador **"sin costes adicionales para causar "** una buena cosa así.  
Las perspectivas andaluzas seguirán existiendo, así como algunas nuevas u otras de nuestras propiedades en detalle.
