Dining at the restaurant «La Salita» by Begoña Rodrigo, winner of «Top Chef»

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;After having booked a table a few weeks in advance, we set out to meet this small temple of good taste and passion for restoration.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;And is that <a href="http://lasalitarestaurante.com/"><em>La Salita</em></a>, with its creative market cuisine and the excellent service of its room, it is a <em>small great restaurant</em> which makes it easy to stand out from many others.</p>
<p><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;Small</em> because, as its name indicates, the room where they provide their service is discreet, cozy and elegant.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>Great</em> because the love that the owner and head chef <a href="http://www.bonviveur.es/restaurantes/la-salita-el-genio-de-begona-rodrigo-anda-suelto-y-esta-inspirado">Begoña Rodrigo</a> prints to her business, it becomes noticeable in every little detail, amplifying it.</p>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;I could continue to define each part of our pleasant experience since they opened the door to the restaurant, but I do not want to advance more sensations, with the prerogative that you go to get your own impression.</p>
