The second half of vegetative stage ("vegging") is my strongest part of the cycle. I sometimes struggle with sprouts/seedlings, and I'm only moderately-proficient at the flowering stage. It seems my strongest suit is the lush and vibrant weeks leading up to the flip into flower. Here we go!

After an uncertain start, these 37-day-old Steem OG females are finally starting to show signs of vigor:

That is the "ugly duckling" of my 2 girls. She's got a few gimpy leaves, but the colour is good, and things are looking up.
Here's the other:

As you can see, they were recently topped again. So now I've got 4 stems about to spring forth! My plan is to soon top them, as well, giving me 8. I've never done that before, so definitely looking forward to trying. Hopefully these plants both continue to strengthen, in order to make that many flowers possible.

We are powered by a fading old lamp, plain water, and worm castings. So any progress you see is purely Nature's achievement. No shortcuts here.
Stay tuned to see if I can pull off 8 beautiful flowers on the top of each of these trees by Christmas!
