Les voy a compartir una receta muy rica y nutritiva como lo es Pollo con papas. Es muy delicioso y lo preparo a menudo por su valor nutritivo. Tengo la costumbre de el ajo y el aji lo paso por el picatodo y lo conservo en un recipiente de vidrio con  aceite se me hace más cómodo a la hora de preparar los alimentos.

***INGREDIENTES***


✓ 2 kilos de Pollo.

✓1 kilos de Papas.

✓ 2 Pimientas

✓ 2 Ahí Dulce

✓4 Granos de Ajo.

✓ 3 Cucharas de manteca de cerdo.

***PREPARACIÓN***

✓ Se sofrien el pollo hasta que sellen su piel.
✓ Se cocinan las papas hasta que estén blandas.
✓ Se le colocan los aliños finamente cortados
✓ Se deja cocinar por 10 minutos
✓ Se le agrega las papas ya cocidas.
✓ Se une todo, se deja cocinar por 5 minutos.
✓ Se baja del fuego,  se deja reposar.
