#### I noticed this morning that I can give some cents with my upvote and for the first time I was forced to think how to distribute them. It's just because of stupid smile on my face when I click someone and his reward grows for two - three cents. Then I learned about the experiment and the one single thing that I like about the experiment is that they gave us power to express our upvotes. At least for some time. 
# Steemit can be rough terrain from time to time. 
I know from my own experience. Many of you have never seen reward of 15 000 $ on the first post on the trending page. It was much harder to get an upvote from whale. That period somehow created us, as authors and writers. Next months many things changed and I can surely say again that as the price of STEEM gets lower, the posts of the Steemit users get shorter (**somebody, please, make a graph or a table;)**). I know that you can't write something awesome every day, and sometimes you post something just to post something but that something became a normal post today. So, not long ago I made an honest post and found out the real cost of honesty and that I depend on my followers again. And I am satisfied with that. I don't get any rewards anymore but I am turning to worker again. And I am a hard worker. This is what my people consider the fertile soil:

## And this is the land that you have to work on it!
Our grandfathers had blisters on their hands for 1500 years on this land. This land can make you to work much more to get a little bit more. I was born on rough terrain. Nothing of this is new to me. 
#### And respect for all those who are still here, day by day, post by post, and something outstanding from time to time. We make this community, no matter for price of STEEM and some other dramas going around the network. The worst of all is that those whales never read many of these posts, it is really sad but more important is that our followers DID! And that's why I am glad that they finally gave us an opportunity to express our upvotes today. Each of these cents that I get from my followers are much more important to me than all dollars that I've got from whales. And that's the beauty of rough terrain:

### Maybe not literally in case of Steemit, but symbolically. 
## Still, I don't support this *flagging idea* today because they gave us opportunity to express our upvotes, then reduced all those tiny cents that our followers gave us with they honest upvotes! Doesn't make any sense! Thanks for understanding!
