In a recent "who gives a s**t!" moment some US officials are upset and apparently "slammed" China and Russia for not publicly stating that Iran was a very naughty boy for attacking the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.

One Russian diplomat said this: ""As a principle, we condemn strongly any attack on any embassy anywhere in the world"
But this wasn't good enough for the grandstanding US representatives in question (and i don't know their names, nor do i care.)
I have always felt like the international leaders and most public officials around the world behave like elementary school children, especially when the cameras are rolling. I mean, what difference does it make whether or not someone makes a public statement about another country doing something like this?
The United States is kind of a member of the U.N. that goes to the meetings, listens to the other countries opinions, and then does whatever they want to anyway. Just like any other country for the most part. The U.N.'s intentions are probably mostly good, but does this group actually do anything other than talk? I don't know, it certainly doesn't seem like they do.

if only China and Russia had spoken properly, things like this wouldn't happen anymore </center>
At the end of the day 27 of 193 nations issued statements condemned the attack on the Embassy that resulted in exactly zero injuries or deaths... Good for you guys! I am sure that was a fun couple of hours of pure, heart-felt sentiment.
At the end of the day this is dumb news because it's just words and when you can't find enough hurtful words that were actually said, it seems as though the media goes to look for "nice things that weren't said" as a back up plan. You just can't win in the day and age where every minute of every single day needs to be filled with a story.
This story is only mildly dumb, but dumb nonetheless.
