Hi guys , last time , Egretia is very potential and promissing ICO project of this year to invest , they have great partner to develop their product ( we will discuss this one later in the next article ) , potential market to expand and scale , low hard cap which will help you to gain more profit when listing exchange . But everything will be nothing if lack of good leadership for Eretia project , the worst idea used by genius is still better than a brilliant idea used by idiot . Today , i want to discuss about Egretia leader team members ,they will be the element that will affact to Egretia development . Those two people i want to introduce today are Dirk Meyer and Yin Ma .
The one i want to talk about first is Dirk Meyer . Dirk Meyer is Sr. Program Manager, Digital Media BU PMO at Adobe, with more than 20 years of experience in global project management. Made impactful contributions to Adobe's strategic business plan and innovative programs. He is a blockchain technology advocate and investor.
From 1990 - 1997 , he was consultant for large companies, governmental institutions, and universities across Germany and Europe: Research, project management, services in CJK and Chinese-western data processing . He was also Developer for Chinese-western data processing and printing, as well as CJK and multilingual database solutions.
From 1997 - present , he only work for Adobe ( and Egretia in 2018 ) . In Adobe , he was in charge in many position in this company such as software developer , engineer , program developer , program manager , .... Because of the fact that Dirk Meyer has tons of experiences of work in program and software development . He used to managed shared technology projects and "Version 1.0 products", released in several version of Adobe Creative Suite. Moreover , he worked in a matrix organization, leveraging globally distributed teams, across time zones & cultures , successfully managed complex inter-dependencies between teams, stakeholders, and different cross-functional groups.
He was responsible for program manager for the first version of Adobe's Help Viewer to display online help, allowing for increased customer/user interaction with product documentation and knowledge bases. Dirk Meyer was in charge of community-based user interface translation and related tools, in Adobe’s Community Translation program. Analyzed different industry approaches to then define requirements, develop community-related policies and reward models.
The next one who i MUST introduce in Egretia team leader member is Yin Ma . He is compiler and toolchain expert, entrepreneur, Qualcomm senior staff engineer. Has nearly two decades of experience in compiler development of operating system platform. Created fastest Fortran compilers for Intel / AMD. Used to work in Microsoft, Absoft, etc.
From 1999 - 2000 , Yin Ma was software engineer at Microsoft Authorized Training Center . He was in the team to develop MSATC Paperless Exam System
In 2001 , He was system engineer for Itochu Techno - Science Corporation . He joined the security team to design the prototype of an advanced secure E-Commerce platform based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and XML/J2EE techniques .
From 2005 - 2011 , Yin ma worked for Absoft Corporation , he led a small team to develop Fortran compilers and optimizations on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. By his leaving in 2011, Absoft Fortran compilers were the fastest one for both Intel/AMD chips on Windows/Linux platforms on Polyhedron benchmark.
From 2010 to present : He is in charge of Fouder position for Affinic Technology . This is a toolchain consulting company, providing professional software and LLVM/Open64 consulting services to AI chip startup and other company to improve their compiler/toolchain experience. One key product was Affinic Debugger GUI for GNU/LLDB, a powerful GUI for GDB/LLDB available on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
From 2011 - present : He is responsible for Senior Staff Software Engineer at Qualcomm . He lead the effects to develop LLVM linker for ARM/AArch64 and enable LLVM LTO flow. Improved many parts of LLVM for optimizing C++ apps for performance and code size targed on Qualcomm ARM processors. Hand tuned and Vectorize assembly code and C/C++ libraries. Involved in tuning RenderScript, Chromium, V8, Android, TrustZone and other projects .
As you can see , Egretia have a very strong and skillful team , i believe that , with their experience of leading many project before , they have enough ability to drive Egretia project . Hope you guys like my review .
