This is my first goal post in quite some time because I want to motivate myself and be able to add to this great website. As I’ve written before real life continues to get in the way of my participation here at SteemIt. However, I’m going to start carving out a small portion of my day to devote, and it shouldn’t be that hard as I truly do enjoy writing and engaging with others writers, artist, musician, etc.

I truly hope with all of these goals I can grow here and be able to enjoy the community more than I already do!

1.    My first goal is to make at least one post a day for the next 25 days. 25 days is when I start Professional Development for my job and I want to get into the habit of getting one post up a day. This way, maybe, when I start working again I’ll be able to continue getting one post up a day since I’ll be more efficient when it comes to writing!

2.    This is the part that I look forward to the most and that is engaging with other writers. I want to engage with the well-known individuals here as well as the newest people here. My goal is to average 20 comments a day for the next 25 days. This comes out to 500 comments in the next 25 days. I know some days the total will definitely be less and there will be days that it’ll be more. 

3.    Respond to all comments that are left on my articles. Now there may be some that slip through the crack especially if the comment is “cool” or “good job, please follow me”. If that is all the comment I may not take the time to respond or may. Depends on my mood!

4.    Gain more followers, I would like to get up to 500. However, I’m not going to beg for followers I hope to obtain followers through my content and my community engagement. I want to grow organically! 

5.    Spend an hour or so in the morning each day on SteemIt. As well, as devote sometime later on in the day as I able.

These are my goals in nutshell, I know if I can truly put out good content and engage with others than many things will follow. Of course, I would love to get more votes and that is a goal. However, the success of that goal is connected to everything that I have already listed! 

Most of all, I hope that I can inspire some others. New individuals as well as people who are returning. Since I’m on my path to returning on SteemIt I don’t garner very many votes and reads of what I have put out. But I want to show through hard work that it is possible to grow here. I don’t want others to see growth as a “wall”. Instead, I want them to see it is a “mountain”, something that they have to work hard to climb but when they do. It was totally worth it!
