Sound Legion Logo Contest Submission. Updated.

# I could have read the brief properly!

## I did a logo concept for Legion Records - the 'Sound' can be added in easily enough though!

## Music, steemit logo and 'Legion' are all in there!
## Having not read the brief ... is there a list of brand values which you are looking to include beyond the design elements?

Some of the colours have greyed out a little which you might like as a centre band but could cause you headaches in future reproduction. I can and would fix that.
If you wanted to go to a 2 or 3 colour process which , again, may save you money in future printing and the needs you will have for B&W - always a pain but has to be considered, this could be rendered into a B&W version quite easily.
The font is Copperplate Gothic Bold which I use a lot - I think it has great strength. You can incorporate into your Brand Style Guide when you get there.

Anyway ... here is a concept which may/may not meet your aspirations for the brand.

Thank you - having spent most of my life in marketing of one type or another, I sort of understand what makes a logo a 'talker', which is really what you want, an image that says "HELLO" and exudes the values of the brand.

We are all those things lol.   Everything,  this why i pulled stuff together under the name sound legion,  alot of artist in alot of different genres, we work in promotions, publishing, managing , licensing, radio play, distribution all of these things.   There is no primary other than making music, and coming together with other artists to collaborate and support each other. I really appreciate your questions,  and delving in to understand the type logo we need,  sky is the limit, im open to all ideas, would love to see it incorperate steemit sound legion and music.   The logo is gonna be used for various projects, and channel artworks and post endings and flyers,  its very likely we will be choosing more than one.

However, it gives you the gist of it.
I would like to see it reversed out as well so that the letters and the notes are in black against a white background, it may have a better impact ... the proof is in the mpeg.
