First day of fall on the praire. Winter wonderland.

Im heading off to see a car drifting event right meow but thought I'd share some of Saskatoon's beautiful fresh snow first.

Thats right snow, on the first day of fall. The leaves are still falling! The carrots are ok in their white blanket. Hopefully I can dig them out before the white stuff is permanant.

This one though I don't know about. One of my carrot's has gone to seed. Will they be ok still?

Carrots will be fine, tough little things.. Could sprinkle some straw/hay or a little wood chippings around to keep them warm. As for the peppers...... Well it's a good job you picked them, it's time has come to an end, they don't like the cold.
