Catering for the needs of other hasn't exactly been man's strong suit and we can see it in the Bible as well as in our daily lives.
We are humans and for as long as we are, we will mostly prefer ourselves over others and also, there are those who will always get their kicks from seeing others cast down.

It is really hard to see humans who take it upon themselves to make someone happy and well placed without an ulterior motive. *The act of selflessness is lost to the world, what remains is a very tiny and almost unseen fragment that cannot even go round a dozen people.*

Whenever you can, make it worth the world for someone because you will through that little show of kindness impact a generation yet unborn.
We all need lifting and when we don't get it, we get cranky and really downcast, but there is hope. The wind of goodness just knows how to sweep in when we are at our ebb's end.

Be like the farmer who goes out to sow with his every intention of making the season a bountiful one irrespective of the number of enemies, challenges, drought and infestation he may have and will be dealing with in that farming year.
