Hola saludos a todos los administradores de esta linda plataforma, que sin duda, nos es de gran ayuda y aprendizaje, quiero felicitar a este grupo de personas, que hicieron posible el funcionamiento.
de tan importante página.....

Aqui mi segunda publicacion correspondiente al dia de hoy.
Desde muy temprano,me levanté con mucho ánimo y emocionado por participar en este tan importante diario.
Como todos los dias fui a hacer unas compras, de verdura esto no puede faltar en el hogar. como es necesario, en las comidas, un buen plato de crema de verdura que además de alimentar contienen proteínas, y muy bajas en calorías........

También aprovechó el disfrutar de la calle observando cosas porque con esto de cuarentena, ya ni encontramos hacia donde caminar me senté en una plaza, que está a pocos metros antes de llegar a mi casa, allí observe la estatua de concreto de un famoso maestro, músico y compositor que se llamaba Antonio Carrillo........

Luego al llegar a mi casa me dispongo a almorzar, ya una ves almorzado.
Me pongo a ayudar ami esposa.......

Ya cuando cae la noche los menesteres son otros tengo que preparar mi ropa para ir al trabajo al día siguiente planchar cocinar para dejarlo preparado para el siguiente dia y si tengo algunos uinformes roto me toca coser, señores.
porque esa es la realidad que vivimos, en Venezuela, que tenemos que remendar la ropita cuando se nos descose por que el salario que aquí se gana a duras penas alcanza para comer.........
