My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2020

Hello everybody and thanks for stopping by!

Sunday is the best day of the week as we get to gather together for worship, the Word, and a wee bit of social distancing fellowship.  I was asked to do the FB live broadcast (run the tech end) of the sermon so that was a bit of a new adventure for me. It went well. 

Afterwards, we came home and roasted a couple of pounds of coffee for ourselves, and at 2:30, headed out to hike with Jan. 

We were having what I call a sunny nor’easter so although sunny, a bit on the chilly side. On the way up ‘The Hill’ I stopped to snap the pic behind the Fitbit stats-a nice ice crystallized Oregon Grape leaf. The sun misses part of this area in fall and winter due to it’s lowness in the sky. This next picture is of a frosty set of fall leaves.

@actifit-lamb and company wanted to play in the leaves today, so we stopped at the bench on Buckhorn Loop to let them have at it!

They had such a fun time!  @actifit-lamb says outside activity is good for your heart, so get out there and get your @actifit hoof steps in daily!!

We stopped up at Towhee Ridge, only to discover @silvertop began preaching.....
