There was corn flour, salt and soap again.
Medical aid was also provided to two people.

This means that the donation fund is practically empty. We are surprised that we managed to buy food in Uganda continuously for 3 months.
Many of you donated, some even larger sums that left us speechless.
Often people have given us money who have little themselves, which is always touching.
We thank you all very much for your support.
Of course, our donation accounts are still open.
We are grateful for every euro and of course pass on everything ...

Es gab noch einmal Maismehl, Salz und Seife.
Außerdem wurde zwei Menschen medizinische Hilfe zuteil.

Damit ist die Spendenkasse so gut wie leer. Wir sind selbst überrascht, daß wir es geschafft haben 3 Monate lang kontinuierlich Lebensmittel in Uganda zu kaufen.
Viele von euch haben gespendet, manche sogar größere Summen, die uns sprachlos gemacht haben.
Oft haben uns auch Menschen Geld gegeben, die selbst wenig haben.Das ist auch immer berührend.
Wir danken euch allen herzlich für eure Unterstützung.
Natürlich sind unsere Spendenkonten weiterhin offen.
Wir sind für jeden Euro dankbar und geben natürlich alles weiter...

It is a shame that people can't get basic food and in West we sometimes have to throw them away because of expiration date.

Seeing the people in your posts, I am wondering if they are able to plant something and harvest, or is the ground is not good or maybe they have shortage of water there. Also if they receive any support from government?

You are totally right. This western affluent society ... There is moaning at a very high level and people are often stressed out by little things. Most people here cannot imagine in the least how people live there!
The people at Lake Bunyoni are lucky enough to live at an altitude of around 2000m and by the lake. There is enough water there, the land is fertile. Some have a small garden.
They have to get water from a well. They have no water or electricity in their homes.
They get no support.
The community's chairmen receive food that they can distribute, but of course that is far too little for everyone .....
